From the Garden
This year, with the help of our urban farmer, Watani Hatcher (HatchPatch Gardens), we successfully harvested a wide variety of tomatoes, yellow cucumbers, russian kale, blue dwarf kale, beets, purple dragon carrots, nasturtium, purple cauliflower, largo zucchini, garlic, onions and purple majesty potatoes. YUM!
We also fill the guest rooms and common rooms with wildflowers from the field and ornamentals from our garden when in season. We heard the soil at Madeline Farms is pure magic..and we're beginning to think its true.

We are a farm. We want to know where our food comes from and how its grown. We believe food grown organically and sustain-ably, in good soil and with loveā¦ just tastes better. We think you'll agree.
