Experience Life at Madeline Farms

Welcome to Madeline Farms, where the beauty of the Shenandoah Valley meets the warmth of rural life. Our farm is a sanctuary for a diverse family of animals, each bringing their own charm and personality to this special place.

Meet Our Animal Family

   •   Herd of Black Angus Cattle: These majestic creatures roam the fields, contributing to the serene landscape and the authentic farm atmosphere.

   •   Gordon and Valerie: Our elegant thoroughbred retired racehorse and striking Palomino quarter horse are the heart of our equine family.

   •   Five Ponies: Meet Hattie, Leo, Penelope, Dolly, and Madeline—our spirited and lovable ponies who are always a delight to interact with.

   •   Pilgrim the Donkey and Mini Donkeys: Pilgrim, our resident donkey, shares his paddock with two recently rehomed mini donkeys who add even more character to the farm.

   •   Flock of Chickens: Including bantams, roosters, and hens, our feathered friends provide fresh eggs daily and a delightful soundtrack to farm life.

   •   Diverse Flock of Ducks: From Pekins to Runners, our ducks bring a playful energy to the farm and love swimming in the pond.

   •   Four Turkeys: Led by Tom, our senior turkey who has become a farm legend, the turkeys are a proud and curious addition.

   •   Mama Potbelly Pig and Five Piglets: These adorable pigs, now just over a year old, are a guest favorite with their playful antics.

   •   Herd of Sheep: Five gentle St. Croix sheep grace the pastures, adding to the farm’s peaceful charm.

   •   Resident Farm Cat, Tiger: The king of the barn, Tiger keeps a watchful eye over the farm and loves to greet guests.
